Cartoon scientific report

What roles do social sciences play in managing ecosystem health? How can we rethink our relationships with intensive livestock farming? This cartoon report focuses on the transdisciplinary work of the BufFARM project which studies the complex links between agricultural production systems, biodiversity, animal and human health in Thailand.

Comic strips designed from field sketches, interviews with research teams during expeditions in the province of Nan in northern Thailand and in the laboratory in November 2023. Texts, compositions and technical drawings enriched by the scientific publications consulted and interviews with researchers.

30 boards are being produced between France and South-East Asia for the publication of a book Researchers Among the Living to be published in 2025 in French, English and Thai!
